We are thrilled to share that our student Jacqueline Florance was named Vocational Student of the Year in the prestigious 2025 Northern Territory Training Awards, and her fellow student Tracy Anderson was a very well deserved runner up! Both of these amazing students worked whilst they completed their studies, neither had been in a classroom for a very long time. We are so proud of their achievements and were very excited to celebrate with them on the night.

This recognition celebrates our commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative and meaningful training that empowers individuals and supports stronger communities.
From delivering training across remote communities to developing tailored training solutions that respond to the unique needs of our learners and industry partners, we’re proud of the work our team continues to achieve across the Northern Territory.
The awards ceremony will take place on 19 September, where we look forward to celebrating alongside some of the Northern Territory’s best in vocational education and training.

Australian Training Awards Finalist 2024
Response Employment and Training has been awarded the prestigious Bronze Medal for the VET in Innovation category at the 2024 Australian Training Awards.
This recognition highlights our innovative approach to delivering vocational education tailored to regional and remote communities across the Northern Territory. Our programs are designed to equip learners with practical and culturally relevant skills, opening doors to meaningful employment opportunities while fostering professional growth.
Our approach is a strong focus on community-led training. By empowering local community members and staff to become work skills instructors, we have ensured sustainable, on-the-ground training solutions.
