PRE-ENROLMENT

Prior to applying to undertake a course, students are encouraged to think about their individual learning needs. 


Students should then consider all the information provided in this handbook and decide whether the course, training and assessment methods and support mechanisms are appropriate for addressing their individual learning needs. 


Learning needs can mean different things to different people. Some examples of individual learning needs may relate to/ be the result of:

  • Intellectual, psychological, physical or medical conditions or have vision or hearing impairments.
  • Family, work or personal commitments that impact study
  • Poor experiences encountered when undertaking previous studies at school
  • Why you want to undertake the intended course e.g. to access further study or employment opportunities
  • The amount of time you have available to study per week or the duration of time you have to complete a course e.g. 1 year.
  • Preferred learning styles. 
  • Existing knowledge, skills and experience relevant to their intended course of study

STEP 1 - Choose your course

STEP 2 - Download Pre-Enrolment and Schedule of Fees information

STEP 3 - Enrol Online or Download and complete the Enrolment Form

STEP 4 - Submit Enrolment Form and await confirmation of enrolment and training dates.

STEP 5 - Begin studying!

When and how do I pay?

Fees are payable when you receive your confirmation of enrolment and invoice for the enrolment fee. Fees must be paid in full within 5 days of receiving this notification from Response Employment & Training Training. We may cancel an enrolment or discontinue training if fees are not paid as required. Payment methods include direct deposit, cheque or credit card via Pay Pal.  

Can I get a refund?

Yes - If you give notice to cancel your enrolment 10 business days or more prior to the commencement of a program you will be entitled to a full (100%) refund of fees paid.


If you give notice to cancel your enrolment 9 business days or less prior to the commencement of a program you will be entitled to a 75% refund of fees paid. The amount retained (25%) by Response Employment & Training Training is required to cover the costs of staff and resources which will have already been committed based on your initial intention to undertake the training.


If you give notice to cancel your enrolment after a training program has commenced, you will not be entitled to a refund of fees. Discretion may be exercised by the Chief Executive Officer if there is extenuating or significant personal circumstance that led to your withdrawal.

What are the training delivery options

Response Employment & Training offers courses in the following delivery modes 

  • Face to face training
  • Offsite training

What is your refund guarantee?

If for any reason Response Employment & Training Training is unable to fulfill its service agreement with a student, Response Employment & Training Training must refund the student’s proportion of fees paid for services not yet delivered. 

What if there are changes to conditions?

Response Employment & Training Training reserves the right to amend the conditions of the student’s enrolment at any time. If amendments are made that effect the student’s enrolment the student will be informed 7 days prior to changes taking effect.
