Response Employment & Training is a Northern Territory based, and locally owned training service provider. We offer accredited training predominantly for the Northern Territory Community Services, Disability and Aged Care industry sector. We provide training and assessment services for Community Services Organisations, Government, Business and their employees to obtain much needed Community Services qualifications and we provide our training in Urban, Regional and Remote locations across the Northern Territory.

Our other areas of service delivery include Indigenous pre-employment programs and ongoing accredited training delivery through the support of the Northern Territory Government. We employ a team of highly qualified and experience people who are diverse and pride themselves on delivering excellence.

Workforce development identifies the skills businesses and individuals need which are critical to effective and competitive operations.

Workforce development is also the application of programs and plans to support businesses, communities and regions to build and maintain the skilled workforce needed to meet productivity objectives.

Response Employment & Training is the RTO business partner of Crest NT. Crest NT work with organisations to identify their training and workforce priorities and harness their capabilities. This will ensure that your organisation meets its legislative, regulatory, service and production requirements along with organisational objectives.

Workforce Planning

Crest NT adopt a collaborative approach in delivering our workforce planning services by applying a pragmatic and a practical approach to learning. Our focus is on our clients ultimately becoming self-sufficient. 

Workforce Planning Toolkit

Crest NT co-authored a National Workforce Planning and Development toolkit in conjunction with the Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council. This toolkit serves to guide organisations in the community service sector in implementing a workforce plan. It includes clear explanations of the workforce planning process and a series of customisable templates, along with checklists and fact sheets to accompany each step. 

Throughout the Toolkit suggestions are provided on how workforce planning and development can be integrated within essential human resource management (HRM) tasks. There are a series of accompanying fact sheets, templates and checklists to support HRM practice in key areas.
